Pick Your Nose
I’m taking a Udemy class in vector drawing characters for animation. The class is about drawing characters like those from “Dexter’s Laboratory” or “The Fairly Odd Parents” or “Danny Phantom.” They’re simple, but still entertaining and look good. So during the unit on noses, I drew a practice sheet. I’ve already posted the head I drew for fun before we got to the section on heads, but I figured I’d share other exercises I’m doing.
“Why are you sharing these,” you might ask. Because if I get good enough to have “fans” of my work, I want them to see my progress. Think about it… if people wish they could draw like I do, it will help them commit to practicing if they see that I not only had to practice, but I wasn’t afraid to show my progress from being bad/okay to decent/good to (hopefully) really good.
And remember, you can pick your nose and you can pick your friends, but don’t pick your friend’s nose.
