Fill My Cup – A Song from Love Song Week

It’s Love Song Week on my Bulmash Music playlist at YouTube.
This song is one I came up with in my car, wrote the lyrics… then lost them. I did remember the refrain: “You are enough. You fill my cup.”
When I decided this song thing was going to be a regular thing if I could make it so, I decided to write a new song from scratch around those two sentences, inspired by my wife.
On the day I finished this, when my wife came home from work, I had dinner ready, but asked her to dance with me there in the kitchen. I put this on and we slow danced… and she smiled all week. Country is not a direction I regularly associate with myself, but sometimes it just fits.
